The Auckland Marathon is an exciting and scenic course that starts in Devonport, passes through Auckland Harbour Bridge, Westhaven Marina, Viaduct Harbour, St. Helier Bay and finishes at Victoria Park.

Course Features

・First half: From Devonport to Takapuna, you will pass through quiet residential areas and lush parks. Then, from Devonport to Smells Farm Bus Station, the course continues with ups and downs. In this section, you can enjoy the difference in elevation while running along a scenic road along the sea.

・Middle section:The exhilaration of crossing the Auckland Harbour Bridge, a symbol of Auckland, is exceptional. The panoramic view from the bridge will be an unforgettable memory for runners.

・Second half::Passing through Westhaven Marina and Viaduct Harbour, you will run along the waterfront of Auckland City. This section is flat and easy to pick up the pace. You can enjoy the view of yachts moored in the marina and the lively waterfront.
・Turn around::Turn around at St. Helier Bay and run the same course as on the outward journey.
